A 75-year-old woman with stable angina pectoris (CCS II) refractory to drugs and a positive stress test on nuclear
imaging was admitted to our centre for the evaluation of a chest mass. She had undergone aortocoronary saphenous vein grafting thirteen years ago and a second coronary artery bypass grafting six years later. Computed tomography and coronary angiography showed a huge aneurysm of the saphenous vein graft to the right coronary artery. The aneurysm was excluded from the blood flow with two overlapping PTFE-covered coronary stents.
