In the current issue of the journal, a technical report from Steven Bolling (http://www.europcronline.com/eurointervention/14th_issue/23/) has been published explaining the new Direct Flow Valve technology. As Clinicians but also as Europeans, the panel recommended inviting Professor Joachim Schofer to present the as yet unpublished European data. Since he is also one of the key authors on the ESC/ EACTS TAVI position paper recently published online on the EuroIntervention website, we are therefore very honoured that he has shared his Hamburg experience with us.  |
Although the selection of speakers at this session was based on published papers in EuroIntervention, the panel made a very special recommendation regarding the following presentation.
